  • Maitrii Patel of VSA’s current “A” level batch had been selected into Harvard University’s Summer School Program – ‘Fundamentals of Contemporary Astronomy: Frontiers of Current Research’. She got a chance to interact with ISRO and NASA scientists. She attended the session with Mr. Oluseun Taiwo, who has started making 3D printing rocket engines. Maitrii took a short course for Girls in Space. She has launched a rocket which was made by her.
  • Atal Tinkering Lab – VSA student Madhura S won the Raman Young Science Innovator Award in the Junior category. In the National Astronomy Challenge Exam 2022, VSA students Among Varsh won the 1st place in the 4th Grade category and Diptansh Rajshekar won the 1st place in the 7th grade category. Sanvi Jain and Hita Anand from VSA were in the top 250 at the ATL Marathon in AIM.

  • ISSO Nationals Badminton Championship – Talented students from Vidyashilp Academy, Yash Rathi and Ronav Nikesh Shah secured the Bronze medal in the Under 17 Boys doubles category.
  • Karnataka State School Chess Championship – Vidyashilp Academy’s open team and the girls team won the 1st and 2nd position respectively in the Karnataka State School Chess Championship.
  • National Games in Goa – Nina Venkatesh, a stellar athlete from Vidyashilp Academy, setting a new record in the 50m Women’s Butterfly event with an astonishing time of 27.70 seconds! Manavi Varma, demonstrated her talent with an impressive 27.90 seconds.
  • CISCE Basketball Nationals 2023 – Karnataka’s Under-14 Boys Basketball Team emerges as the champions at the CISCE Basketball Nationals 2023. Star players from Vidyashilp Academy – Saatvik Jain and Yashash Raj Yelugodu, who not only represented Karnataka but were integral members of the Nationals team.
  • Khelo India Youth Games – Aarushi Agrawal from Vidyashilp Academy won the Gold Medal in the 4 x 100mtr Medley Relay swimming and the Silver Medal in the 50mtr Backstroke swimming at the Khelo India Youth Games.
  • SFA Basketball Tournament – Under 11 girls team got selected to represent Karnataka State in the prestigious SFA Basketball Tournament played at Padukone – Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence.
  • National Table-Tennis Championship – Vidyashilp Academy’s Teshub Dinesh of 9B won the individual silver medal at the National Table-Tennis Championship and secured the bronze medal with Aman George, from Vidyashilp Academy, for the Karnataka team at the Nationals in Under 15 category.
  • 22nd Taekwondo World Championship -Manavi Hembram remarkable accomplishments include: Gold in Individual Sparring, Gold in Group Pattern, Silver in Group Sparring. She also represented India in the 22nd Taekwondo World Championship in ASTANA, Kazakhstan, competing in four categories
